Getting to the airport early in the morning was probably good because I was so tired I was too confused to take everything in. I started crying pretty hard while waiting in line for security when I said goodbye to my parents (also my mom hugging me goodbye about 7 times in line may have made it a little harder!), but luckily the security people didn't find me suspicious because I was emotionally unstable.
After getting on the plane I had pulled myself together, and the flight was pleasant partly because our pilot was so enthusiastic about everything, and he even made a reference to Paul Simon which made me feel happy.
We arrived in London at around 8 pm London time, and Rachel's aunt and uncle picked us up and we drove about an hour and a half to arrive to their house in the English countryside. It's nice to be in a home with people who speak English before having to head off to Geneva! Here our some pictures from our walk this morning:
